Digital Service & Communication Policy
1. Regulatory Alignment & Standards
Our services are designed to meet or exceed the following guiding statutes and recognized standards:
In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), our web development and educational materials aim for WCAG 2.0 Level AA conformance. We are currently transitioning our internal and client-facing workflows toward WCAG 2.2 standards to future-proof digital experiences.
We adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's evolving cyber security frameworks. We prioritize "Privacy by Design" to ensure client data is handled with transparency and security.
All commercial electronic messages are sent in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), requiring express or implied consent and providing a clear mechanism for opting out of future correspondence.
2. Automated Communication Filtering
To maintain a productive and safe environment for our staff and community, our systems utilize automated tools to review incoming communications.
Unsolicited & Irrelevant Content:
Messages identified as unsolicited commercial offers (spam) or those irrelevant to our professional services may be automatically rerouted or filtered to prevent service disruption.
Protective Filtering of Inappropriate Material:
Our systems are configured to automatically filter harmful content, offensive language, or toxic communication that deviates from professional standards.
Content that is identified as disruptive to our operations or non-constructive may be flagged for review or automatically blocked to ensure the integrity of our support services.
3. Consumer Rights & Agreements
As required by the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, all digital and internet agreements provided by this firm include:
Transparent information regarding service costs, delivery timelines, and cancellation rights.
We reserve the right to suspend support or educational services if communications are found to be inconsistent with our community standards or violate the security of our digital platforms.
